Sr. Silvano Abarca, the president-elect of Rosarito, will attend - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE A HUGE TURNOUT; everyone, PLEASE COME! The present administration has neglected the libraries. Two of the libraries are currently closed. We are hoping that the new administration will be more receptive to the needs of the libraries. Time:10:30AM.
